Vehicle Sales

Unless otherwise stated in writing, all vehicle sales are final. Due to the nature of pre-owned vehicles, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges after the sale has been completed.

Customers are encouraged to:

• Thoroughly inspect the vehicle before purchase.
• Take the vehicle for a test drive.
• Review the vehicle history report (when available).
• Arrange for an independent mechanical inspection if desired.
• Ask any questions before signing the purchase agreement.

Once the purchase documents have been signed and ownership has been transferred, the vehicle cannot be returned for a refund or exchange except where required by applicable law.

Vehicle Condition

Every pre-owned vehicle is unique and may show normal wear consistent with its age, mileage, and previous use. Any known material issues disclosed by DealNext Auto Group Limited will be communicated prior to the sale.

Warranties

Some vehicles may include a manufacturer’s remaining warranty or an optional extended warranty. Warranty coverage, if applicable, will be clearly explained at the time of purchase.

Vehicles sold “as-is” do not include any warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.

Deposits

Vehicle deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the terms agreed upon at the time the deposit is made. Any applicable conditions will be provided in writing.

Pricing Errors

While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing and vehicle information, DealNext Auto Group Limited reserves the right to correct pricing, specification, or listing errors before a sale is finalized.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Return Policy limits or excludes any rights available to consumers under the applicable consumer protection laws of British Columbia or Canada.
